Is there a page or file size limit?▾

There's no hard limit, but since all processing happens in your browser, very large PDFs (100+ pages or 50MB+) may be slow or cause the browser to run low on memory. For best results, keep PDFs under 50 pages. The tool processes pages sequentially to manage memory usage.

What does the scale/resolution option do?▾

The scale option controls the output image resolution. 1x renders at screen resolution (72 DPI equivalent), 1.5x gives 50% more detail, and 2x produces high-resolution images suitable for printing or zooming in. Higher scale = larger file size but sharper images.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?▾
